Part-Time In-House Lawyer
Warwickshire - Hybrid - circa 1 day per week - flex
Super opportunity for an experienced mid-senior lawyer to work part-time in small but established legal team. Our client is looking for someone who can operate independently and hit the ground running alongside the GC and another experienced lawyer.
The majority of the role is commercial contracts (customer contracts, procurement, NDAs, supplier contracts with some IT (SaaS, cloud services, software development), data protection, disputes. Also some strategic exposure on M&A and projects. Potential for property work if someone had that experience or working with external lawyers as there is a significant UK wide presence which leads to lease renewals, extensions and some property management work.
This role would suit someone who can hold their own with MDs and operational leaders and is comfortable building relationships across a business, making commercial decisions with confidence. Would suit someone with experience in any of logistics, manufacturing, retail or similar sectors with experience of working with a range of stakeholders.
Rare part-time role c 3 days pw with 1 day (potential flex on the frequency depending on candidate location) in the office.
