Framework Housing Association is the lead provider of drug and alcohol treatment within the City of Nottingham and is offering an exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff in Frameworks Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered Inpatient Detox Service (The Level).
The Level is a 20-bed facility based in Nottingham which provides individually tailored treatment and support for people in need of a medically assisted stabilisation or detoxification from alcohol and/or other substances.
Framework is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and skilled person to take on the role of Service Manager at The Level.
The main purpose of the role is:
To lead in the development, management and promotion of a specialist service providing treatment to service users across the country
To act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of care and providing clinical leadership to the staff team
To create, maintain and develop a safe, supportive, contractually compliant service in line with CQC requirements.
The successful candidate for the role of Service Manager will have:
A professional qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Evidence of advanced leadership qualities and people management skills in a healthcare setting
Extensive knowledge of substance misuse treatment
Willing to apply to be a CQC Registered Manager
