Overview:

Join our team as a motivated Strategy and PMO Director. Drive Lab Plastics Essentials' future by implementing strategic plans and leading the Project Management organization.


Responsibilities:

* Strategy
o Partner with the division leadership team to develop and refine the division’s long-term strategic plan.
o Develop and track important metrics to measure progress towards strategic goals.
o Lead planning sessions and workshops across the organization, and coordinate the annual STRAP process.
o Develop and curate operations network strategy across all sites and supply chain.
o Communicate the strategic vision and goals to all employees.
* PMO
o Lead and manage the PMO team, setting vision, direction, and performance expectations
o Develop and implement project management methodologies, standard processes, and tools.
o Ensure consistent application of project management processes across all functions and Business Units.
o Establish and manage a comprehensive project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment and demonstrating the value of the Big Rocks and A3 processes
o Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
o Provide mentorship and support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle
o Lead process improvement efforts for the division, striving to enhance operational effectiveness throughout the organization. Develop a roadmap of projects that deliver significant value across business units and functions.
* Additional Responsibilities
o Manage the PMO budget and resources effectively.
o Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future performance.
o Collaborate with other departments, like Finance, HR, and IT, to guarantee alignment and backing for central initiatives.


Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within strategy, project management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
* Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and standard processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Experience leading and managing a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
