The Role:
The ideal candidate will play a key part inthe production process, starting with hand-made clay fabrication and developing into a multi-skilled operator role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handcrafting clay products to required specifications
* Producing terracotta and drainage components for construction use
* Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
* Working safely and efficiently within a production environment
As your skills develop, you will:
* Receive training to produce your own components using machinery
* Collaborate with our Continuous Improvement Manager to help refine and enhance production processes

* Good attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
