Ideal Candidate
* Experience at Sous Chef, Kitchen Team Leader or higher level.
* Experience of handling stocks, health & safety and running shifts in a Kitchen/Restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a small kitchen team in a Garden Centre Restaurant setting.
* Ensure smooth daily operations, food safety compliance, and stock management.
* Shifts are daytime with 40 hours per week and generally between 7:45am and 5pm.
* Aim for no split shifts; straight shifts only with fair weekend shift rotation among the team.
* Oversee a small kitchen operation with an average weekly food turnover of £7k.
* Support a positive working environment and uphold quality standards.
