Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Basic Salary: £30,000 (+commission)
Location: Central London
Yearly OTE: Year 1 £50,000-£55,000 OTE | Year 2 £65,000-£80,000 | Year 3 £120,000+

Ideal Profile:
* Outstanding academic record (Top 20 University)
* A levels; AAB or IB; 38+ points
* Look for those who can work pace and with humility
* Confident conversing with high-profile stakeholders
* Demonstrable high achievement in competitive environments (e.g., sports)
* Phone-based or in-person sales experience is desirable, but non-essential
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Commercial or sales experience
