Location: Telford, Shrewsbury, and Penkridge Full-time & Part-time roles | Up to £32,552 (including sleep-ins) Make a Real Difference Our children have a wide range of complex needs and disabilities, including behaviours that may challenge. They are supported by a well-established, experienced team. Working within the home, you will play a key role in helping our children grow, learn, and thrive as they prepare for adulthood. What You’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker: Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 7–18 Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals Follow a 2-on / 4-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) plus part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month) Essential Requirements: Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive Why Join New Reflexions?
