We are Eden Futures, delivering support services for people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, and complex needs.
We are recruiting Support Workers across our Supported Living Services to support individuals in their homes and community, helping them live independently.
Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21, which equates to an annual salary of approximately £26,652.72 based on a 42-hour week. The salary is illustrative; NLW applies and will be pro-rata based on hours worked. This is a full-time contracted position.

Successful candidates will need an Enhanced DBS check before starting employment.
New staff will complete a comprehensive induction, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing.
For those new to care, support will be provided to complete the Care Certificate and gain a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant field, in partnership with Lifetime Training.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users in line with their wishes, needs, and support plans, including developing these plans where applicable
* Ensure safety and safeguard welfare
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, personal care, hygiene, and healthcare
* Act as an informal contact for service users' support network (e.g., families, social workers)
* Report and record issues related to care and support
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure welfare of all
