We are looking for an experienced practitioner with some Deputy Manager experience who can specialise in the under 3’s age range. You will be working in a supportive environment sharing the load with other members of the management team and an experienced nursery team. You will have weekly allocated time where you are out of the room and ratio’s to fulfil work alongside the Nursery Manager. The post holder will take responsibility for the implementation of the teaching and learning policy in the rooms they are based in. They will work in partnership with a Nursery Manager, and they will be focused on the delivery of our programme of care and education and ensuring smooth running of the nursery. Tackling issues as they arise, ensuring action is appropriate and timely and offering support and advice to the staff team. The post holder will also have responsibility for keeping Health and Safety checks and requirements up to date with the support of the Manager.
