About the Role
* £29,386 per year + 3% Bonus + Benefits
* Can be based at either Morden or Fareham
What will I be doing?
* As a Customer Relations Officer, you will support the Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.
* This involves onboarding new customers, being the first point of contact via phone and email, handling general requests, resolving queries, and conducting account reviews when required.
* Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all customers, keeping them informed, engaged, and maintaining proactive relationships.
What are the requirements?
* Previous administration experience, with the ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships while managing expectations.
* Resolving customer problems promptly, proactively promoting customer loyalty through account reviews, and retaining existing accounts.
* A true team player, flexible, supportive, and collaborative with the team where necessary.
