About the Role
* Teaching, Learning & Electrical Delivery – Deliver engaging, practical teaching across Electrical Installation programmes, equipping learners with real‑world skills and supporting progression and achievement.
* Curriculum Planning & Resource Development – Plan schemes of work and differentiated lessons, developing high‑quality learning materials that meet curriculum, awarding body and learner needs.
* Assessment, Progress & Learner Support – Monitor attendance and progress, assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback and implement targeted interventions to maximise success.
* Workshop Management & Health & Safety – Maintain safe, well‑organised learning environments, apply industry health and safety standards and ensure effective use of tools and equipment.
* Professional Practice, Collaboration & Compliance – Contribute to course development, team activities and events, working collaboratively while upholding safeguarding, EDI, health & safety and continuous professional development standards.
About You
* Qualifications, Vocational Skills & Industry Experience – Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject with Level 2 English and maths, supported by up‑to‑date industry experience and technical expertise.
* Teaching, Delivery & Learner Engagement – Able to deliver engaging teaching across vocational programmes and levels, using varied methods to inspire learners and support achievement.
* Assessment, Quality & Health & Safety – Knowledge of assessment and quality assurance processes, with strong application of industry health and safety standards in practical environments.
* Communication, Organisation & Teamwork – Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to manage workloads, communicate effectively and contribute positively to team success.
