QTS Secondary Maths Teacher – SEMH School (Wandsworth) – Full Time, Paid to Scale
An experienced and resilient QTS Secondary Maths Teacher is required for a specialist SEMH school in Wandsworth, supporting boys aged 5–19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (potentially KS5 depending on experience)
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the complex SEMH needs of students
* Foster a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to support student progress and wellbeing
* Manage behaviour effectively using a trauma-informed approach
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
* Have experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour (desirable but not essential)
* Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting vulnerable young people
