We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Partnership Manager to join our growing E-commerce division and play a key role in expanding the reach of the Leafletdrop platform across the UK.
This is a highly visible, field-based new business role focused on developing partnerships with print businesses, agencies, and commercial stakeholders who can generate scalable leaflet distribution volumes through their own customer networks.
You will spend the majority of your time meeting clients face to face, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term commercial partnerships. This is not a desk-based account management role; success will come from being proactive, visible in the market, and confident in developing new business opportunities.
About the RoleWhat You’ll Be Doing
New Business & Partnership Development
Identify, target, and onboard print businesses and agencies as Leafletdrop partners
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
Develop relationships with owners, directors, and key decision makers across the UK
Conduct partner meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions both face to face and virtually
Work collaboratively with marketing and commercial teams to drive partner engagement and lead generation
Commercial Growth & Partner Enablement
Help partners confidently position and sell leaflet distribution services to their own client bases
Support partners with pricing, commercial models, and tailored solutions
Identify opportunities to increase repeat bookings and long-term revenue growth
Negotiate effectively to achieve commercially successful outcomes
Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with partners, agencies, and advertisers
Support new partners during onboarding and early campaign activity
Collaborate closely with internal client services teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain regular communication and visibility with key accounts across the UK
Reporting & Sales Management
Manage pipeline activity and forecasting through HubSpot CRM
Track commercial performance, opportunities, and revenue growth
Ensure all sales activity and customer interactions are accurately recorded
Additional Information
Clean Driving Licence
National travel is required with frequent client meetings across the UK
Regular attendance at Head Office in Marlow is expected

Requirements
Skills and Experience
At least 4/5 years of experience in B2B selling, ideally in selling to SMEs.
Competence in creating a meaningful conversation and creating engagement
Experience in working with B2B printers/agencies with SME customers
Strong new business development and relationship-building skills
Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets
Self-motivated and highly organised
Commercially focused with strong negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently
Positive, resilient, and proactive approach
Strong planning and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Working knowledge of Leafletdrop system
