Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational SEN Teacher with experience in Key Stage 4. If you have a passion for teaching English and a commitment to making a difference, we want to hear from you!

* Implement effective curriculum development to ensure meaningful learning experiences.

* Adapt teaching styles to create inclusive and personalized learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A qualified SEN Teacher status (QTS essential) with experience across key stages.
* Previous experience teaching extremely vulnerable children at KS4.
* Preferably, a specialism in English or the ability to teach English.
* Flexibility to teach an additional secondary subject is desirable.
* A proactive approach to teaching, with the ability to differentiate learning.
* Strong behaviour management skills, coupled with a nurturing and empathetic approach.
* A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a supportive school culture.
* A passion for creative arts is highly desirable, adding inspiration to our curriculum.
