Job Description
* Currently recruiting an Executive Assistant (EA) for a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
* Based in Falkirk with home working options, for a Non-governmental organisation.

Our client is a respected authority within a Non-governmental organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level, intuitive executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
* Manage the CEO's diary and emails, prioritising workload and supporting execution.
* Plan and schedule meetings, calls, teleconferences, and arrange travel, ensuring relevant information is accessible.
* Delegate administrative tasks to the team as appropriate.
* Support Board and sub-committee meetings, including preparing drafts of Board packs and managing the ELT Action register.
* Attend meetings to provide discreet executive support.
* Process expenses and purchase cards related to travel and events.
* Support project delivery and other activities as assigned.
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely communication of critical issues.
Candidate Profile
* Extensive experience supporting senior executives.
* Experience preparing Board or Governance papers.
* Ability to manage a large workload with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* High standards of performance, integrity, and discretion.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
* Salary between £47,000 and £51,000 per annum, DOE.
