About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and key internal departments. Your goal? To ensure every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently, and in a way that reflects our commitment to great service.

Key responsibilities include:

· Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.

· Dealing customer queries on prices, delivery times and spare parts.

· Coordinating with engineering, production, sales and despatch teams to ensure timely customer updates.

· Creating shipping documents and liaising with international couriers and hauliers.

· Managing key accounts and dealing with high-volume and complex queries.

· Supporting improvement projects and always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the Sales & Despatch Manager and alongside other passionate professionals who are proud of their product and their people.

What You’ll Need

· Experience in a customer service, sales admin or coordination role, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

· Familiarity with order processing systems we use Factory Master and Access.

· A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to work.

The Package

· Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.

· 24 days holiday + bank holidays

· Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30 – 16:30
