Resident Services Associate - East London
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Resident Services Associate for a key role in East London. This position is perfect for someone with experience in property management, hospitality or a similar field, who is passionate about delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive living environment for residents.
Role Overview:
As a Resident Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
Customer Service: Providing a welcoming and efficient front-line service, including meet & greet, reception, parcel handling, and tenancy management.
Community Engagement: Supporting resident engagement activities to foster a strong community spirit.
Facility Management: Managing amenity spaces, overseeing unit maintenance, and handling inspections and viewings.
Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience in property management, hospitality or customer service roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
A professional appearance and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
What's on Offer:
Salary: £20,000 per annum + Company Benefits
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 3pm - 11pm
Annual Leave: 23 days per year
Starting date: ASAP
