About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through product focuses, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
* Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments
* Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels
* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM
* Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention
* Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets
Qualifications
Experience using CRM systems

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £35,000 + bonus
