We are looking for a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Driver to provide seamless transportation services while delivering exceptional hospitality. As a key representative of our hotel, you will ensure that guests experience a smooth and comfortable journey, whether arriving departing, or exploring the local area.
What we offer
£12.21 per hour, Permanent, part-time contract (24 hrs per week)
Your role:
We are dedicated to providing outstanding service from the moment our guests arrive. As a Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and courteous transportation while upholding the highest hospitality standards.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Providing professional and safe transportation for guests, whether for airport transfers, local travel, or special requests
* Ensuring the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards
* Assisting guests with luggage, offering a warm welcome, and ensuring a comfortable journey
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of local routes, attractions, and traffic conditions to provide efficient service
* Coordinating with the front office and concierge teams to manage transport requests and schedules
* Upholding all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company vehicle policies
* Offering recommendations and local insights to enhance the guest experience
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting
The core skills and experience required to succeed:
* Holds a valid and clean driving license suitable for the role
* Previous experience in a professional driving or chauffeur role preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
* Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and attractions
* Punctual, reliable, and well-presented at all times
* Ability to handle luggage and assist guests as required
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
