What youll be doing
1. Manage the accounts inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
2. Reconcile supplier statements and prepare supplier payment runs.
3. Support with intercompany transactions (UK, US, and BV).
4. Complete regular bank account reconciliations.
5. Generate and present business reports in Excel.
6. Provide cover for accounts payable when required.
7. Communicate with customers regarding payments via phone and email.
8. Chase outstanding debts and maintain the aged debt tracker.
9. Update and manage customer portals.
