THE ROLE As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will: Build and maintain scalable reporting infrastructure across digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Email). Define, track, and validate KPIs and metrics, ensuring accuracy across GA4, CRM, and marketing platforms. Analyse campaign performance, funnel conversion, CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency to inform growth strategy. Deliver commercial insights on lead quality, prioritisation, and conversion optimisation. Conduct advanced analysis including media mix modelling, market share evaluation, and LTV measurement. Partner with digital stakeholders (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Product) and commercial teams to influence strategy. Provide ad-hoc, data-led insights to drive pipeline performance and competitive positioning. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong experience in marketing analytics within high-growth consumer or digital businesses. Advanced SQL skills (essential). Hands-on expertise with Tableau (or equivalent BI tools). Experience with GA4 / Google Analytics; Python skills highly desirable (ML knowledge a plus). Proven ability to measure and optimise campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and SEO. Understanding of attribution and media mix modelling. Excellent data storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. A problem-solving mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building solutions from scratch.
