What You’ll Do:
As the Operations and Warehouse Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:
* Leading and managing all warehouse staff to ensure seamless dispatching of orders and receipt of stock.
* Overseeing three key areas: Pick, Pack and Dispatch; Goods In; and Stock Control.
* Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting inventory checks, and managing full stock takes.
* Collaborating with a Health and Safety supervisor to uphold safety standards and regulations.
* Managing BSI audits and implementing improvements as necessary.
* Controlling UK carriers for efficient logistics management.
* Producing monthly KPIs for company directors to track operational success.
* Handling the purchase of consumables and ensuring warehouse and forklift maintenance.
Who You Are:
* Proven experience in warehousing and staff management.
* Proficient in computer applications, particularly OGL Software and Microsoft Excel.
* A flexible, hands‑on leader who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
* Confident in engaging with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
