Salary: £39,959 to £48,117 per annum, pro rata.
Applicants should be experienced in cardiac nursing and work as part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation multidisciplinary team, providing a specialist rehabilitation service to patients with a range of cardiac conditions across the organisation within outpatient clinics, Cardiac Rehabilitation classes, Well-Being Classes and education sessions.
They will advise and support patients on lifestyle, risk factors and activity following their cardiac event, and also support patients and families during their pathway through the service.
They should be flexible to cover staff holiday and sickness and be prepared to cross-site cover.
