Fusion Housing are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cleaner to join our Repairs and Maintenance team on a zero hour’s basis.
The role includes:
• Undertaking cleaning activities which would involve deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning.
• Carrying out tasks as agreed with and monitored by the Property Management Team, which may include sweeping, vacuuming, steam cleaning, washing, dusting and polishing surfaces (floors, walls etc), scrubbing, moving heavy/non heavy items, removal of items and deposited at the recycling centre.
• Keeping proper records of all work carried out.
• Participating in developing the service to meet identified needs.
The qualities we’re looking for:
• Someone who has a strong work ethic
• Someone who has experience of dealing with hazardous substances and needles/sharps, with a willingness to further own knowledge surrounding this.
• To treat all clients and their homes with dignity and respect.
• To keep all clients and service information strictly confidential.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport.
