As a Fragrance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging customers through storytelling, scent discovery, and expert guidance. You will play a key role in driving sales while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and scent profiling
* Confidently present and demonstrate luxury and niche fragrances
* Drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Build rapport quickly with the store’s diverse and international clientele
* Maintain immaculate counter presentation and stock standards
* Support brand launches, promotions, and peak trading periods
