The Role
As a Qualified Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of Building Surveying tasks for institutional, private, and commercial clients. Your duties will include:
1. Project management
2. Design and specification work
3. Schedule of condition and dilapidations
4. Acquisition surveys and building pathology
5. Reinstatement cost assessments
6. Planned preventative maintenance
7. Party wall advice
8. General property consultancy
You’ll be working across a range of locations, including London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, and Oxfordshire, with hybrid working options available.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with previous experience in a similar role. You’ll have a strong foundation in the core areas of Building Surveying and the ability to work independently while managing client relationships.

9. Based within commuting distance of Stevenage (with hybrid working flexibility)
10. Strong IT skills and excellent communication
11. Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
