This is a role for a Senior Carer in a Residential Care Home operated by Barchester Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, administering and ordering medication, updating care plans and assessments, and liaising with healthcare professionals and families to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care to the residents.

We seek warm‑hearted, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who can give each resident personalized care and support. Many Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioners, Care Community Leads or nursing pathways.
