Medical Employee Relations Administrator – Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy yet supportive HR Medical Workforce team as a Medical Employee Relations Administrator. You will provide support to the Senior Medical Employee Relations team and the wider Medical Workforce team, including providing administration support on a range of casework such as conduct, capability and ill health, and advising staff on policies and routine queries.
Responsibilities
* Provide a proactive and responsive first point of contact for staff and managers seeking advice, escalating to the Senior Team as appropriate.
* Work from the Trust’s policies and procedures to give basic advice and guidance to employees and managers.
* Support the team with comprehensive administrative tasks, including gathering information and undertaking enquiries as needed.
* Facilitate the smooth running of the service under the direction and supervision of senior colleagues.
* Act as an ambassador for the Department and the Trust as the first point of contact.
* Contribute effectively in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
General administrative experience in a high‑volume environment. A background in employee relations or a related field is desirable.
