About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Shifts you are applying for: 8hrs p/w; Sun 14:00 - 18:00; Thu 12:00 - 16:00
Responsibilities
* Customer Service - delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and assisting with purchases at the till
* Brand Bra Experience - providing expert bra fitting advice on size and suitable styles for customers
* Visual Merchandising - owning the merchandising and presentation of products to help customers find items they need
* Store Standards - maintaining front and back store areas, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, contributing to loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures
About You
* Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience
* Desire to learn, develop customer service skills and product knowledge
* Ability to build valued relationships with team and customers
* Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment
* Comfort working in a busy environment with the ability to complete various tasks throughout the day
