* This is about building presence in a market that’s ready for it, with the support behind you to do it properly.
The role
* This is about developing a channel, not just selling into it.
* You’ll be working across installers, contractors and resellers, building demand in the market and then ensuring that demand flows through your distribution network.
* It’s a push–pull role.
* You influence at installer level, create demand on site, and then work closely with your reseller partners to make sure that demand converts into consistent, repeatable business.
* This is a relationship‑led role where performance comes from credibility, consistency and the ability to build momentum over time.
What we’re looking for
* Experience working through installers, contractors or distribution channels
* Someone who understands how to create demand as well as convert it
* A relationship‑led salesperson who can influence multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable building a territory with structure and intent
* You might be a senior sales rep looking for more visibility and impact, or already managing an area but still very much hands‑on.
* This is the early stage of a well‑backed UK growth plan, not a speculative venture.
* As the business scales over the next three years, the structure will grow around the people who come in now.
* This role is positioned to develop into a Regional Sales Manager role, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team as that growth takes shape.
