Spa Trainer
Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and inspiring others? We’re looking for a Trainer in Spa Treatments to join our Health & Wellbeing team and help us deliver exceptional experiences across our spa sites.

What you’ll do
1. Induct and train new team members on our treatment offerings.
2. Deliver refresher and reactive training to maintain high standards.
3. Keep treatment protocols and training materials up to date.
4. Inspire the team with the latest trends in spa and holistic wellbeing.
5. Support retail targets and incentives, acting as a role model.
6. Spend part of your week delivering treatments to guests.
What you’ll bring
7. NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent (additional holistic therapy qualifications a plus).
8. Proven experience as a Spa Beauty Therapist.
9. Leadership and training experience (preferred).
10. Passion for wellness and ability to mentor and motivate.
11. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
12. Own transport (essential).
