About the role
We're on site at one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects — the Isle of Skye Reinforcement Project. A 137km overhead line connecting Skye and the Western Isles to mainland Scotland. Major civils, remote terrain, real engineering challenges.
Keltbray is delivering groundworks and enabling works as part of the supply chain to main contractor Balfour Beatty on behalf of SSEN Transmission. We need an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to make sure we do it safely and to the highest standard.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and managing all temporary works activity across the project
- Liaising with designers, engineers and the site team to review and approve TW schemes
- Maintaining the temporary works register and ensuring full compliance throughout
- Supporting the project team on excavations, falsework, propping and access solutions
- Working closely with the main contractor and ensuring Keltbray's TW processes are followed on site
What we're looking for
- Proven Temporary Works Coordinator experience on major civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of BS 5975 and temporary works management
- TWCTG accreditation or equivalent — essential
- Experience across groundworks, enabling works or civil engineering packages
- Full UK driving licence
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
