What you’ll contribute
* Create lessons that last – leading with a tailored learning approach and our smart learning tool, Compass, to empower our members and help them unlock their potential.
* Build lasting relationships – working with small groups (maximum 16:1 ratio) to inspire children to be fearless in their learning.
* Drive change – support members through the national curriculum, 11+ entrance exams and GCSE preparation, celebrating every meaningful improvement.

Pay Rates & Progression
* Under 18 £8.00 per hour
* 18‑20 £10.05 per hour
* 21+ £12.25 per hour
* +£0.50 per hour for work inside the M25; training and inductions are paid.
Earn more as you progress!
You’ll start at the base rate for your age group, with an annual opportunity to raise your pay based on accrued tutoring hours.

Requirements
* Achieve a grade 5 or above in Maths and English Language at GCSE (or predicted grades within 3 months).
* Be 16 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
We hire on a first‑come, first‑served basis and reserve the right to close this vacancy once a suitable candidate is hired.
All successful applicants will undertake employment reference checks, a Disclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the 2013 and 2020 amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975.
