To be considered, candidates must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and possess a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The specific criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant industry experience.
* A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
* Over four years of relevant experience.
