Responsibilities
* Manage inquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
* Deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches, including handling inquiries, enhancing digital presence, and creating community networking.
* Generate leads, identify local marketing opportunities, and maintain contact database.
* Provide informative tours to prospective residents and respond to sales enquiries.
* Represent Barchester professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
* Ability to analyze data using Salesforce or similar CRM.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Full UK driving licence.
