What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 2/3 with at least 2 years' salon experience after qualifying
* Strong cutting skills (including short hair & gents)
* Advanced colouring knowledge — balayage, blonding & colour correction
* A passion for client experience & building relationships
* Social media savvy and keen to grow your profile
* Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
(Fabriq Smoothing & Hair Extensions experience is a bonus, but not essential — we'll support your training)
