Role Description
In this role, you will report into the HR Business Partner for Operations and be part of a wider, collaborative 12-person HR team.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers across a diverse workforce (field and office-based)
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence management and performance issues
* Coach and support line managers to build capability and confidence in people management
* Support delivery of people initiatives and change activity across the business
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and best practice
* Work closely with Business Partners and wider People team to deliver a joined-up HR service
* Fast-paced, operational environment with a mix of field and office-based teams
* Collaborative, supportive culture

About you:
* Solid experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally within an operational or field-based environment
* Strong employee relations knowledge with confidence handling complex cases
* Practical, solutions-focused and commercially aware
* Approachable, credible and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Curious and enjoys understanding how the business operates
* Ideally available at short notice (within one month or less)
* Certifications such as CIPD or equivalent are highly desirable
