Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Home
Location: Cockermouth
Salary: £55-£65k, flexibility to work from home
We are looking for a committed and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of our new Ofsted-registered Children’s Homes in Cockermouth.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation from the beginning, shaping high-quality residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in securing Ofsted registration and will lead the homes to deliver outstanding care, support, and positive outcomes for children.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed Level 3 in residential childcare
- On or completed Level 5 in residential childcare
- Salary band £55-£65k, flexibility to work from home
- Has supervised care staff for more than one year
- Has worked in children's homes for 2 out of the past 5 years
