We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Head of Property on a six month interim contract. The position is due to start immediately and offers a daily rate of circa £600 per day. The ideal candidate will have lead on strategic policies and lead on transformation across social housing projects. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading the Repairs, Planned and Compliance functions within a Housing Association Providing support to the incumbent Compliance Manager, in particular with ME policies Playing an active role In the overall improvement over the property services function Attending contractor meetings and ensuring excellent value for money Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience of leading teams across assets, compliance and maintenance within social housing Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Risk assessment and management Financial management and budgeting Extensive property service delivery Big 6 Compliance Areas including Building Safety and maintenance Rewards and Benefits: The opportunity to lead a team and make a real difference Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
