Job Summary
Qualifications: Good understanding and application of PLC/HMI programming. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues. Good written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Previous supervision experience is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage and provide direction for direct/indirect reports.
* Coordinate manpower to support production and project activity.
* Maintain controls programs, hardware, and software.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and implement controls/maintenance for electrical issues.
* Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
* Lead/support investigations for NG product built/shipped.
* Ensure equipment compliance with safety regulations/standards.
* Establish and execute action items to support business plan goals.
* Provide project progress reports to management.
* Administer performance reviews and set performance improvement requirements.
* Identify training requirements, obtain budget approval, and coordinate training.
* Support 5S activities.
* It is essential that associates be on-site in person to perform their duties throughout each scheduled work week to ensure effective teamwork and supervision.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
* Must be able to utilize customer-specific portals and databases as required.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, and lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
