Overview
Support a UK‑based engineering and manufacturing specialist located in Leamington Spa.
Employment Details
* Location: Leamington Spa, UK
* Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (DOE)
* Contract: up to June 2026 (FTC)
* Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑13:30

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule production to meet customer orders, forecasted demand, and business priorities.
* Coordinate material availability with purchasing and suppliers to ensure everything is ready when production needs it.
* Monitor capacity and workloads, helping to balance resources and optimise efficiency across the shop floor.
* Manage production orders from start to finish, tracking progress and resolving any issues that could affect delivery.
* Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to keep plans on track and solve problems quickly.
* Track key metrics such as on‑time delivery, lead times, and stock levels, and provide updates and insights to the wider team.
* Drive continuous improvement, identifying ways to streamline processes, reduce waste, and boost planning accuracy.
* Use ERP/MRP systems (such as MRPEasy, SAP or Oracle) to manage schedules, materials, and data accurately.
