Our client, a well-established construction business with a turnover of £50 million, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in Hatfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across multiple construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead all Health & Safety activities across the business, ensuring full compliance with legislation and industry standards Prepare clear, accurate H&S reports for the Construction Director Develop and implement new safety initiatives, promoting continuous improvement across the organisation Work closely with site teams, project managers and senior leadership to embed best practice Maintain and update all H&S documentation, policies and procedures Requirements: Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry Strong knowledge of current legislation, regulations and industry best practice Proactive mindset with a passion for improving safety standards Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to influence and build strong working relationships across the business Whats On Offer: Competitive salary and package Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing construction company Supportive team environment Salary upto £60k plus car / allowance and benefits If youre a proactive Health & Safety professional looking for your next challenge in Hatfield.
