Marketing Manager Stevenage (On-site initially then Hybrid ) £45,000 (DOE) Are you a hands-on Marketing Manager looking to take full ownership of a growing brand? We're working with an established construction company in Stevenage that's looking for a commercially-minded marketer to lead and deliver activity across the full digital mix. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, with the opportunity to shape and grow the company's marketing function. The Role You'll be responsible for planning and executing all marketing activity, with a strong focus on generating leads and increasing brand visibility within the construction and building services space. Key Responsibilities * Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy * Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) * Lead SEO activity, with a strong focus on local search and lead generation * Create and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications * Oversee social media channels and content planning * Manage website updates and performance (CMS) * Create content including copy, graphics, and campaign assets * Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI * Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals About You * Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role (ideally within construction, property, or a related industry) * Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, and email marketing * Experience generating leads and driving measurable results * Comfortable managing the full marketing mix independently * Strong content creation and copywriting skills * Commercially aware, proactive, and highly organised What's on Offer * Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience * Opportunity to take full ownership of marketing * Supportive, growing business with strong industry presence * Real scope to make an impact and shape future strategy If you're looking for a role where you can take the lead and deliver tangible results, we'd love to hear from you.
