Key Responsibilities:
* Work one-to-one with students, offering tailored support to help them access the curriculum.
* Assist in classroom-based learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Support students with behavioural needs, using positive strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.
* Help deliver engaging lessons by working closely with teaching staff.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all learners.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

What We’re Looking For:
* A calm, caring, and consistent approach to supporting young people.
* Confidence in dealing with behaviour management, or a willingness to learn.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience working with children or young people (in education or a similar setting) is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
