BUSINESS/TRANSACTION MANAGER – CAR SALES
Working hours are 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday with one day off every week and working every other weekend.
OTE £60,000.00 + Company Car
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business/Transaction Manager to join one of Volvo’s well-known retailers based in Bradford. Key responsibilities…
* To support the Sales Manager in all areas of the Sales department;
* Ensure that every enquiry is loaded onto the DMS system - Dealerweb;
* Maximise income through Finance income and the sale of soft products;
* Ensure all Sales are completed via ICT System and that we are fully compliant with FCA Procedures;
* First and Second face customers in showroom/over the phone with a view of improving on what all Sales Consultants have sold;
* Monitor and measure finance penetration and product penetration
* Provide offer sheets to include finance options and products to every customer;
* Drive performance through a proactive approach to sales- including Finance renewals and prospecting;
* Present and sell GAP to all customers on handover
* To promote a culture of excellence with regard to enquiry management: presentation videos, high quality emails, and a diligent approach to follow up calls;
What you’ll bring…
* 5 years Sales Experience
* Excellent customer service skills;
* The ability to operate computer systems quickly, efficiently and accurately;
* An eye for detail to ensure all sales documents are accurate and processed in a timely manner;
* A proven track record in sales/management;
* An excellent understanding of finance and the products we offer;
* A proven track record of achieving high finance and product penetrations;
