We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate senior nurse to join the Director of Nursing and the Deputy Directors of Nursing in Medicine at the Bristol Royal Infirmary which is part of UHBW.
You will join a fantastic team of nurses who put patients at the heart of everything they do.

Main duties of the job
You will need to be an exceptional leader who possesses vision and resilience to join a well-established team. Medicine is far reaching and includes the following specialties: the Adult Emergency Department, Care of the Older Adult including an Older Persons Assessment Unit, Acute Medicine Unit, Same Day Emergency Care, Respiratory High Care, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Liaison Psychiatry service, Sexual Health and the Sexual Assault Unit. Our Elective and Outpatient Departments including specialist nurses and practitioners.

* Extensive leadership and clinical operational management experience in a medium/large acute healthcare provider setting

* Experience of directly line managing and providing strategic leadership to specialist staff/multidisciplinary service teams
