This is a hands-on, varied role offering exposure to both strategic planning and operational delivery — including the fast-paced environment of race day events. You will: Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Produce accurate and timely management accounts Deliver insights that influence key business decisions Partner with senior leaders on planning and strategy Drive cost control and value across the organisation Support race day finance, from forecasting to post-event reporting Monitor contracts to ensure value for money Support balance sheet management and compliance Prepare reports for senior management and the board Build strong relationships across the business You’ll be at the heart of decision-making, helping to shape both strategic direction and day-to-day operations. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Part-qualified (or currently studying) ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Commercially aware with strong analytical and financial modelling skills Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient in IT systems, including Excel Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ready to take the next step in your finance career in a unique and exciting setting?
