Job Description Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Harrogate An exceptional opportunity to join a Market Leading litigation team. Our client, a highly regarded and nationally recognised law firm based in Harrogate, is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Litigation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with around 4-5 years PQE (flexible) who is looking to take the next step in their career and work on high-profile and complex cases within a supportive, ambitious, and modern firm. About the Role: You will handle a diverse and stimulating caseload, working alongside a respected team with significant expertise in all areas of dispute resolution and litigation. The firm represents major clients including household names in matters ranging from High Court claims to industry-specific tribunals and alternative dispute resolution. Areas of work include: Complex commercial and contractual disputes Corporate and personal insolvency issues Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration Disputes between business partners and shareholders Litigation involving property, real estate, and construction matters Defamation, privacy, and reputation protection Legal disputes arising in the sports industry Contentious matters involving wills, trusts, and estates About You: We are looking for a solicitor who is: Confident, technically proficient, and commercially astute A self-starter who can independently manage a varied caseload Adept at building strong client relationships and contributing to business development Experienced across a broad range of commercial litigation matters Fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and comfortable handling complex litigation Committed to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication Strong time management and organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines A proactive and client-focused approach Why Join?
