We're looking for a hands-on, high energy Store Manager to lead our busy Manchester flagship store. This is a visible, career-defining role where you'll take full ownership of sales, people, and store standards.

The Role
As Store Manager of our Manchester flagship, you will:
Take full ownership of store performance and P&L
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Drive sales and achieve KPIs in a high footfall store
Manage rotas, payroll, and stock control efficiently
Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards
Create a safe, fun, and customer-focused environment
Coach future leaders within your team
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Store Manager, or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
Proven track record of driving sales and results
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Commercial awareness and confidence managing costs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced variety retail environment
Flexibility for peak trading periods
