Purpose
To lead and grow the HV business, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and a continuous pipeline of work while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HV operations, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards
* Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement project controls
* Identify and develop new HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
* Coach staff, set goals, and support the Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial understanding
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business
* Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering is desirable
* IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification
